Jackson Twins make an impact Down Under

Rhubarb have been getting regular updates from the Jackson Twins who are currently in Sydney promoting their exhibition :Mind Games, Photography Identity and Play . The show which includes other artists Eric Bridgeman, , Suk Kuhn Oh, Toshie Takeuchi at the Australian Centre of photography, is generating a lot of interest and no doubt more with Mardi Gras coming up!

The Twins have been interviewed for local radio, have been featured in local press and the work has been received very well by the many visitors to the exhibition.

The Jackson Twins who are represented by Rhubarb were discovered by Alasdair Foster from the ACP at the Rhubarb Portfolio Promenade in 2009.

Mind Games explores the psychology of play and the construction of identity, a subject close to The Twins. 8 pictures from The Cataclysmic Accounts From the Binary Institute feature in the exhibition and will run until the 6th March 2010.

Rhubarb are delighted The Twins first international show is going so well and wish them a safe and enjoyable trip.

Technical Wizard Available

Rhubarb is proud to announce that its technician,
Carl Patrick, has some time available for freelance contracts.
Carl, fondly known as Zit to us, has worked with Rhubarb
for the last ten years, installing shows in London,
Arles, Birmingham - in far from easy spaces. He has
also specialised in event management from a technical
viewpoint.
