Entry Procedure
• Complete submission form
• Entry Fee: There is a non-refundable entry fee of $25. Check or money order should be made payable to RayKo
Photo Center.
• Limit 5 images per person:
• 4x6” at 72ppi | jpeg | CD entry only
• Save files with artist’s last name and title of image
• Contact information should be on the CD and CD case
• Please note that any work deemed misrepresented by its CD will be declined
• SASE or adequate postage for notification and return of CD, if desired
• Late submissions or substitute images will not be hung

Notification
Notification of juried results will be mailed and/or emailed on June 14, 2010. Accepted artists will be invited to send or deliver actual work.
Submission of Accepted Work
All work must be framed or mounted with a wire affixed and ready to hang. NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS. Entries will be handled with the greatest of care, however, RayKo assumes no liability for work on its premises. All works selected for exhibition must be for sale. RayKo will retain 40% commission on all photographs sold, so price your work accordingly. Note that images selected for the show may be used for promotion of the exhibition.

Beyond: Opportunities For Emerging Photographers

Beyond is a new joint project from Light House Media Centre and Rugby Borough Council Arts Development. We are calling for emerging photographers* to propose ideas for new work.
The best, most innovative entries with the most potential will be selected to produce their work for a group exhibition at Floor One Gallery, part of Rugby Art Gallery & Museum.
As the selected photographers make their new work, they will be mentored by the Jackson Twins. Ian and Karl graduated in 2003 from Birmingham City University and after winning Rhubarb-Rhubarb’s bursary award last year have gone from strength to international strength! They are from the West Midlands and still work in the region.
* Our definition of emerging photographers: students, recent graduates and self taught photography artists who are in their first 3 years of practice and feel committed to establishing themselves on the gallery circuit.
